Key Responsibilities Lead structural design efforts for ports, maritime, and waterfront infrastructure projects from planning through construction. Design and oversee marine structures including piers, wharves, bulkheads, fender systems, and related waterfront facilities. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and multidisciplinary coordination throughout project execution. Support field investigations, construction administration, inspections, and resolution of engineering challenges during construction. Build client relationships, support proposal development, contribute to business growth initiatives, and mentor junior engineers.
