Services offered include campus assessment and transformation planning, financial modeling, employer partnership development, and community engagement tools. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Campus Transformation Consultant. The consultant will assist in conducting campus assessments, developing strategic transformation plans, and providing actionable recommendations to align campus operations with community needs. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial models, engaging with stakeholders, building relationships with employers and community partners, and crafting innovative solutions that drive economic and social impact. Qualifications Proficiency in Digital Transformation and Business TransformationStrong Analytical Skills for financial modeling, data evaluation, and problem-solvingExperience in Consulting and navigating change management processesExcellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage with diverse stakeholdersStrategic thinking and capacity to design impactful community-centric solutionsFamiliarity with workforce development, higher education, or community partnerships is an advantageFlexibility and adaptability to work in a remote environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Education, Public Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
