This day shift position offers the opportunity to own your workflow, make clinical decisions, and provide essential care in a structured environment. While support is always available, this role is ideal for someone who is comfortable being the primary nurse on shift at times and can manage responsibilities with confidence and efficiency. Consistent full-time day shift schedule ☀️ Structured environment with clear processes ☀️ Provide direct patient care, including assessments and medication administration Respond to sick calls, medical requests, and urgent needs Prioritize and manage patient care needs throughout the shift Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and procedures Support a safe and secure medical environment in collaboration with facility staff This is a largely independent role during portions of the shift. You will be trusted to manage patient care, make sound clinical decisions, and respond to changing needs with confidence.
