Title: Field Service Technician – Retail IT SupportLocation: Colorado (Denver, Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and surrounding areas) Rate: $24.97/HrNote: This position is a contract on W2, and is NOT open to C2C.OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Field Service Technician to support retail technology operations across locations throughout Colorado. This is a field-based position requiring daily travel between store locations and is not a work-from-home role.The ideal candidate will have hands-on hardware repair experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional customer service.ResponsibilitiesPerform onsite service calls at retail store locations.Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, printers, and related equipment.Complete annual preventative maintenance projects.Diagnose and resolve hardware issues in a retail environment.Document work performed and complete required service reports and paperwork.Maintain communication with the assigned Field Technical Services team.Provide professional customer support to store personnel.Travel daily between multiple store locations as assigned.Travel RequirementsExtensive daily travel throughout Colorado, including Denver, Castle Rock, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and surrounding areas.Occasional assignments may require travel outside the primary coverage area.Some routes may involve several hours of driving each way.Personal vehicle required.Mileage reimbursement provided at the approved reimbursement rate.Required QualificationsPrevious experience repairing and supporting computer hardware and printers.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Ability to complete service documentation accurately and on time.
