The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated capability to lead organizations focused on execution and growth in the Federal Sector, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the government procurement process. Responsibilities:Leadership: Proven ability to build robust operational plans that deliver to the strategic plan. Exhibit acumen in making decisions that drive the imperatives of the organization to ensure success. Bold thinker that can adapt to changing environments and thrives on achievement. Lead executive-level engagements with sponsors & stakeholders to build trusted relationships across the Civilian/DOD/IC Segment.BD/Capture: Build relationships and partnerships with internal/external customers, through which the company can anticipate growth, define requirements, and help determine best solutions. Identifying environmental trends and opportunities; continually shaping the plan and strategy accordingly to achieve mission impact, and critical outcomes. Maintain understanding of connections among the work of the teams and collaborate with industry partners (prime and sub).Program Management: Manages company areas of Program Management Operations (PMO). Demonstrates impeccable customer service skills; manages customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for assistance. Presents monthly/quarterly Program Management Reviews, demonstrating achievement levels, KPIs and goals. Qualifications:10 years of demonstrated expertise managing Program P&L for Federal Contracts (prime and sub), across multiple customer organizations, with multiple functional disciplines (Cybersecurity/IT) and at multiple locations.Federal Government Contract Management expertise; experience with cost, schedule, performance and submitting quality deliverables for multiple concurrent programs.Demonstrated experience of corporate operations, processes, functions and activitiesExtensive network of Government and industry relationships.Experience collaborating with sales, business development, recruiting, contracts, and finance in the pursuit of new contracts/proposals.Able to work effectively under stress and tight timelines, processing information quickly and accurately, have superb attention to detail, and strong grasp of process.Solid communication skills to effectively deal with various levels of management, staff and/or outside contacts.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or IT/Cybersecurity is preferredKnowledge of Digital Forensics, Cyber Intelligence, SaaS and/or cloud executionThis position is Remote in the US.
