Role Description We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative for this full-time on-site position located in Marengo/ Huntley ,IL. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying potential leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer support. The role requires diligent tracking of sales activities, preparing reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies with business objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in lead generation, relationship building, and account managementStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsUnderstanding of sales strategies, client prospecting, and business developmentExperience using CRM tools and sales tracking softwareOrganizational skills with the ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines effectivelySelf-motivation, problem-solving abilities, and result-oriented work ethicBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plusPrevious experience in packaging sales or customer-facing roles is highly desirable
