We have several operating facilities and deliver products to customers globally.We are currently seeking an Ultrasonic Testing Level III at our Cudahy and Appleton, WI plant. The NDT Level III will oversee and coordinate nondestructive testing (NDT) activities to ensure compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory requirements. This position will serve as the primary liaison during customer and government audits, supervise NDT training and certification programs, and ensure adherence to ATI policies and procedures. The NDT Level III will also support and participate in audits, drive continuous improvement in ultrasonic testing operations, and contribute to overall quality and operational efficiency.Summary:Schedule and monitor review of nondestructive testing specifications/requirementsCustomer liaison to represent ATI Forged Products Cudahy Operations in audits, problem resolution, and customer and government witness programSupervise and administer the training and certification programs for NDT technical personnelResponsible for administering and supervising ATI policies and procedures with technical personnelResponsible for Level II examinations, supporting customer and 3rd party audits including NADCAP and ISO9001Drive continuous improvement activities to improve operational efficiencies in ultrasonic testingOther job duties as assignedBasic Requirements:High School Diploma or EquivalentLevel III UT experiencePreferredANST Level III Ultrasonic certification experienceImmersion testing experienceEssential skills:Excellent oral and written communication skillsExceptional interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskPosition requires an intimate working knowledge of principles, theory, and practical application of nondestructive inspectionWe thrive when the expectations are great, and the barriers are high.
