Lending Specialist III

6-month contract (Banking)We are seeking an experienced Lending Specialist to support loan processing and deal execution within a banking environment. This role manages the full loan lifecycle from approval through closing and ongoing servicing.Responsibilities:Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersManage deal pipeline and ensure timely closings with Relationship ManagersCoordinate and review loan documentation for compliance and accuracySupport transaction execution, resolve issues, and ensure risk controlsPartner with operations for loan booking, funding, and servicing (payments, draws, payoffs)Review and finalize loan documents for closingCommunicate proactively with lenders on any pre-closing issuesRequirements:5-7 years of Lending Assistant or Loan Processor experienceStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems (nCino preferred)Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume environmentPreferred:Experience with Commercial Real Estate and C&I loan documentation
