The Revenue Operations Director is a business partner/trusted advisor to the Senior VP of Sales; helping to drive sales programs and initiatives, managing accurate forecasting, facilitating and making business decisions, and identifying solutions to improve productivity and efficiency. The role entails oversight and management of the sales operations, inside sales and sales support functions for a designated segment within Presidio's sales organization. The successful candidate will engage with key leaders across the company to help arm our sales team with the tools, data and processes needed to support continued growth.Responsibilities include:Collaborate with Senior VP of Sales (SVP) to determine monthly and quarterly sales commitsMonitor, review, and report forecasting and pipeline activity within an assigned business segmentEngage with the sales organization to drive behaviors within Salesforce.com that lead to accurate pipeline creation and consistent forecast hygieneWork in partnership with SVP to plan and communicate go-to-market strategies, tech refresh, and other sales campaignsTeam with our national contracts organization to ensure compliance with all contract-driven sales processesContribute to new account manager onboarding to ensure that account managers are enabled to be successful within the assigned segmentGenerate and review territory analytics reporting around key sales data to help support management decision makingSeek to improve internal productivity and customer experience by identifying gaps and areas for enhancement within our current sales processesAct as a primary negotiator and signer of Presidio legal agreements (MSA, NDA, etc)Work with internal and external teams with structuring and executing of complex dealsCoordinate and execute customer business reviews for high-touch clients on a monthly/quarterly basisContribute to weekly forecast and commit calls for all sales regions within the segmentRequired Skills and Professional Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience10+ years of experience in IT sales operations management requiredAbility to lead both managers and individual contributorsOperational experience in dealing with key vendor partners (Cisco Systems, EMC, VMWare)Strong verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to travelYour future at Presidio
