Role: Workday Data AnalystLocation: Indianapolis, IN / Seattle, WA (Hybrid, 3 days onsite in a week)Duration: 6 MonthsRate: $30 W2HRIS system is Must3+ years expDuration: 6 MonthsThe Employee Data Team is seeking its next Data superstar to fill our Employee Data Analyst role.Major ResponsibilitiesExecute complex mass loads (EIBs), including consultation with stakeholdersExecute all required auditsParticipate in global E2E UAT for Workday updates to ensure security access, business processes, and mass loads (EIBs) are functioning as expectedMaintain documentation for new business processes, including updating existing documentation based on enhancement made to existing processes and toolsTroubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis and resolve issuesServe as the in-house escalation point for advanced Tier 2 issuesWrites reports/dashboards in support of key ES programsPartner with internal stakeholders to help drive adoption and maximize the value of Workday.Identify opportunities to alter business processes and configuration to better dovetail with Workday’s strengthsLead multiple projectsMinimum Requirements:3+ years’ progressive experience working in an HRIS system (Workday preferred)Intermediate Excel experience working with large data sets utilizing advanced formulas and functionalityProblem Solving: Uses rigorous logic to understand hidden problems and identify effective solutions without adding complexity.Possess excellent presentation skills and comfort presenting to upper managementPriority Setting: Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentCustomer Focus: Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlinesDetail Oriented: Focus on data accuracy and system integrityDemonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive dataDay to Day Responsibilities:Mostly day to day mass load activities, but also support on our G4G program, to include data audits.Must have skills: EIB/mass load experience, Excel. HRIS (preferably Workday).Teachable skills: case managementOptional skills: Tableau, Python, other coding languages and data visualization experience a plus.
