In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with store leadership, regional teams, and corporate partners to enhance inventory accuracy, procedural compliance, and internal control effectiveness.Job responsibilitiesActing as the subject matter expert in inventory operations, you will mentor and guide store teams through hands-on consultation and strategic planning. By driving consistency and best practices, you will empower retail teams to focus on what matters most—delivering an exceptional Client Experience.You will mentor store management and staff by providing non-selling consultation to create action plans to ensure audit readiness. You will develop and challenge the team to ensure inventory operational excellence.
