OverviewProduct Manager III – Digital Convergence & Platform MigrationWe are seeking a Product Manager III to support digital convergence initiatives tied to large-scale merger and acquisition efforts. This role will focus on consolidating multiple digital platforms and migrating customers into a unified enterprise experience, including bringing smaller customer segments into the Spectrum Enterprise ecosystem.The ideal candidate will have experience supporting large-scale website consolidation or merger integrations, helping define migration strategies, and building roadmaps that guide customers toward a single digital platform and login experience. This role requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport digital convergence initiatives following mergers or acquisitionsDevelop and execute strategies to consolidate multiple websites and digital platforms into a unified enterprise experienceBuild migration strategies that move customers from legacy platforms into a single portal or login experienceSupport initiatives that bring smaller customer segments into the Spectrum Enterprise ecosystemContribute to cap and grow strategies that retain existing customers while expanding enterprise capabilitiesCollaborate with engineering, product, analytics, and business teams to align migration and consolidation effortsSupport product roadmapping and prioritization for convergence and platform integration initiativesTrack and manage work using Jira and ConfluencePrepare presentations and communicate progress, strategy, and insights to executive stakeholdersRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in product management, preferably supporting digital platforms or enterprise productsExperience supporting large-scale website consolidation, digital platform migrations, or merger integrationsExperience building strategies to migrate customers between digital platforms or portalsExperience working with enterprise-level customers or B2B digital platformsFamiliarity with telecom or networking products such as Ethernet and fiber servicesExperience supporting product roadmaps and aligning cross-functional teams around strategic initiativesExperience using Jira and Confluence for backlog and workflow managementStrong presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership and cross-functional teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving prioritiesPreferred QualificationsPrior experience supporting merger and acquisition integrations within large organizationsExperience leading or contributing to large-scale digital convergence initiativesExperience developing customer migration strategies across enterprise platformsExperience supporting enterprise telecom or connectivity products
