DescriptionSales Representative (Deodorizing Developement)The Sales Representative for the Spiffy Deodorizing Division is a driven, customer-focused professional responsible for growing revenue across NuVinAir and Smart Tumbler product lines. This role targets automotive dealerships, fleet operators, car rental companies, auto detailers, hospitality businesses, and other B2B partners who benefit from premium deodorizing solutions.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in the field, builds lasting client relationships, and consistently meets or exceeds sales targets. Previous Experience With Major Car Rental Companies Preferred.Location: Remote (NC Residents Only) RequirementsSales & Amp; Business Development Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B accounts across assigned territory, including autodealerships, fleet operators, rental agencies, detailing shops, and hospitality clients Promote and sell NuVinAir and Smart Tumbler deodorizing solutions, customizingpresentations to each clients operational needs Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annualrevenue goals Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase efficacy and differentiate Spiffy's solutionsfrom competitors Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, maintaining accurate records of leads,opportunities, and deal stagesClient Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key accounts, serving as the primary point ofcontact for deodorizing product needs Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with existing clients to identify upsell andcross-sell opportunities Provide exceptional post-sale support, coordinating with operations and customer successteams to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction Address client concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary tomaintain account healthMarket Intelligence & Amp; Collaboration Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategyand product positioning Collaborate with the Deodorizing Division marketing team to leverage campaigns,promotions, and collateral in the field Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to represent Spiffy'sdeodorizing brands and generate leads Share market insights and feedback with the product and leadership teams to supportcontinuous improvementQualificationsRequired 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in automotive services, specialty chemicals,equipment, or related industries Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office /Google Workspace Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within assigned territoryPreferred Experience selling to automotive dealerships, fleet management companies, or car rentalnetworks Familiarity with odor elimination, air quality, or vehicle detailing products Existing relationships within the automotive or hospitality verticals Experience conducting product demonstrations in a field sales environmentWHO ARE WE?At Spiffy®, we're not just in the business of car care; we're pioneers of convenience and sustainability in the automotive industry.
