We value teamwork, accountability, and making sure every employee plays a key role in our success.Summary:The primary function of this position is to lead, develop, and continuously improve trucking operations of 3 Midland Garage Door locations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality deliveries while maintaining full DOT compliance and strong customer service.Essential Duties:Hire, train, lead, and develop a team of driversOversee daily trucking operations to ensure on-time and accurate deliveriesManage fleet maintenance and ensure all equipment meets DOT standardsOptimize routes, control costs, and improve operational efficiencyPartner with sales and leadership to support customer needs and growthMonitor key performance metrics including delivery performance and cost per mileEnsure compliance with DOT and state transportation regulationsCoordinate delivery routing and job site accessBuild strong relationships across departments and with customersConduct safety training and promote a culture of safe operationsStep in to drive routes as needed for coverage or emergenciesRequirements:Valid Class A CDL with clean driving recordProven truck driving experienceAbility to lift and move garage doors/components as part of deliveriesMountain driving experience preferredMust pass DOT physicalApplicant must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA at this time.
