We're a frontier AI lab, not another wrapper, not another chatbot company, not another "AI-powered" anything. We're building general-purpose world models: technology that simulates, predicts, and interacts with the physical world in real time. Persistent. Causal. Interactive. The kind of thing that makes robotics actually work, autonomous systems actually think, and gaming, healthcare, and science fiction start to blur. This technology doesn't exist yet. We're building it. Our founders built self-driving cars. Our research team shipped Gemini, Veo, GAIA, and Tesla FSD — they came from DeepMind, Tesla, Waymo, Meta, Apple, and Wayve. We're backed by tier-one VC, NVIDIA, and names you'd recognise from the last three decades of computing. The job:You'll own recruiting across ops, product, design, GTM, and finance. Every search is high-stakes, high-touch, and deeply weird in the best way — there's no playbook for hiring at a company building something this new. This is closer to executive search than to traditional TA. You'll be in the room with the founders on every hire. You'll build outreach strategies from scratch — we're pre-brand, so creativity and resourcefulness matter more than volume. You'll use AI in your own workflow (we'd be hypocrites if we didn't expect that). And you'll shape how recruiting works here as we scale through what might be the most important growth phase in the company's life. Day to day: → Full-cycle searches that feel more like retained exec recruiting than req-filling → Direct founder partnership on every hire — no layers, no bureaucracy → Creative sourcing in a market where every frontier lab is fishing from the same pool → Building recruiting infrastructure and the employer brand from scratch → AI-augmented workflows — you'll be expected to show, not just tell You: → Senior in-house TA/recruiter background at a Seed-to-Series C vendor → Multi-functional hiring experience across ops, product, design, GTM, and finance. → Executive recruiting instincts — you know how to run a complex, consultative search → AI-native in your workflow — not "open to learning AI tools", but actually using them, with receipts → Data-driven operator — you've used metrics to change how a team hires, not just reported on them → Rippling & Ashby experience is a strong plus
