Technical Recruiter
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.6+ years of recruiting experience in either agency or in-house environments, with exposure to technology-focused hiring.Prior experience supporting hiring within fast-paced industries such as financial services, fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth environments is preferred.Strong experience recruiting for technical roles including software engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, product, data science, and related technology functions.Proven ability to review resumes, conduct candidate screenings, evaluate technical skill alignment, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.Self-motivated professional with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics/reporting tools preferred.
