Consultant - PowerBI Developer/Analyst

Role SummaryWe are looking for a Business Intelligence who can bridge the gap between business and technology. The role involves understanding business requirements, translating them into high-level technical specifications, leading BI delivery (Power BI), and tracking milestones to ensure timely execution. Exposure to Supply Chain or Integrated Operations is a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirementsConvert business needs into high-level technical requirement documents for analytics and BI solutionsDesign, develop, or oversee the development of Power BI dashboards and reportsCoordinate with Power BI specialists when required and review deliverables for quality and accuracyPerform project tracking, milestone planning, and progress reportingAct as a team lead, guiding analysts/developers and ensuring best practices are followedCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and BI solutionsEnsure data accuracy, performance optimization, and adherence to reporting standardsRequired Skills & ExperienceHands-on expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards, performance optimization)Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validationAbility to translate business requirements into technical specificationsExperience in project tracking, milestone planning, and delivery managementExcellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
