Locum Tenens General Medicine Physician Needed in Maryland Are you a skilled General Medicine Physician looking to make a meaningful impact on Veterans' lives? We are seeking dedicated providers for Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments across Maryland. Location: The position is located near Greenbelt, MD. Requirements: Proficient in METs testing and evaluating respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions Own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products) Must follow rate structure and meet rate requirements Must be willing to wear a mask during all visits Previous compensation and pension evaluation experience (Highly Preferred) Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 0-3 years of residency Active and unrestricted full license Certification Requirements: Active and unrestricted full license Job Description: Compensation & Pension exams + Separation Health Assessments Exams primarily interview-based with some physical assessment No prescribing, no treatment Quick credentialing & onboarding DMA certification available (CME credits can be obtained) Additional Information: ASAP start date, ongoing Block-time availability preferred, sporadic availability accepted Will consider various specialties (family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, etc.) Use of Goniometer required Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio required Reporting/DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion If you are interested in this rewarding opportunity, please contact MD Staff at or email us at .
