In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and boost sales.Title: Brand ManagerType: Full-Time, ExemptLocation: Onsite with one day telecommutingSalary Range: $85k - $110k(Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs, in compliance with California pay transparency requirements.)ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Provide support and training to the sales and marketing team on brand positioning and product details.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive product development strategies aligned with market trends.Lead the planning and development of new product concepts from ideation to launch.Develop pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profit margins.Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize financial outcomes.Create and maintain detailed project timelines for each product launch.Work closely with cross-functional teams and Assistant Brand Managers to ensure adherence to deadlines.Craft compelling and accurate product descriptions, marketing copy, and promotional materials.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create persuasive and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.Qualifications3-5 years of experience in brand management within the beauty and cosmetics industry, with 3+ years of product development experienceMust be self- starter and a collaborative team playerStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to present professionally to cross-functional teams and related vendorsStrong project management and time management skills with an ability to handle multiple projectsHigh interest in skincare, and knowledge around current trendsExcellent organization skillsStrong desire to work through challenges by implementing creative solutionsAbility to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.Highly organized with strong project management skills.Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.Our Benefits• 15 days of PTO, 10 Paid Holidays!• Eligible for benefits first of the month following 30 days of hire.• Company sponsored voluntary vision and dental plans• Employee Assistance Programs• Wellness incentive programs• 50% off employee discount programs• Monthly catered lunchesThe Crème Shop is an equal opportunity employer.
