Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianWere seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production and facility operations in a high-paced manufacturing environment in Macedonia. The right person will take ownership of equipment repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and general maintenance across the plant. This is a 1st or 2nd shift direct hire position. 1st shift: 7am-3pm 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair machinery and plant systems Diagnose and fix hydraulic and pneumatic issues Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment Handle electrical and plumbing work as needed Troubleshoot PLC systems and robotic equipment (ABB, Motoman, or Rimrock experience a plus) Assist with continuous improvement and support other departments when required Qualifications: Strong electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting from 5V DC up to 480V 3-phase Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems Familiarity with PLC software (RS5/RS500 or similar) preferred Exposure to robotics or automated manufacturing a plus Die casting or foundry experience beneficial but not required Must be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, variable-temperature environment Willing to work overtime or weekends when production requires Inova Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer
