Overview We're partnering with a well‑established, national commercial building products organization to identify a Commercial Manager to lead growth and execution within a regional market. This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who thrives at the intersection of sales, operations, and technical expertise, and who enjoys owning results end‑to‑end. About the Position Drive commercial sales growth and profitability within a defined market Own and expand relationships with key commercial customer accounts Serve as the local commercial subject‑matter expert, supporting sales, operations, and service teams Coordinate inventory, fabrication, pricing execution, and order management Partner cross‑functionally with sales, operations, support, and marketing Build internal commercial capability through hands‑on training and process development Analyze market dynamics and competitive positioning to inform strategy Background 5-6+ years of commercial sales and management experience in building materials Direct commercial installation experience required Strong working knowledge of commercial sectional doors, track systems, springing, and field troubleshooting Proven ability to manage customer accounts and execute operationally Collaborative, hands‑on leadership style with strong communication skills Comfortable working in non‑climate‑controlled environments and traveling overnight as needed Why Consider This Role This is a high‑visibility, ownership‑driven role with the opportunity to directly influence revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational performance within a growing commercial business.
