The Food Server will be responsible for delivering refined, anticipatory service in alignment with our private-club atmosphere.Key responsibilities include:Providing exceptional, guest-focused service from arrival to departureTaking and accurately entering food and beverage ordersServing food, wine, spirits, and cigars with confidence and professionalismMaintaining a polished and organized dining environmentCollaborating closely with culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless executionUpholding food safety, sanitation, and brand standards at all timesQualificationsStrong customer service and communication skills with a hospitality-first mindsetExperience in Food & Beverage service with knowledge of dining etiquette and service standardsUnderstanding of food preparation techniques and menu componentsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPrevious upscale or fine dining experience preferred, but not requiredFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
