Energy Working Foreman

Job Description Description:Position Summary:Maintain accuraterecords of work performed, materials used, and personnel hours.perations related to energy infrastructure projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of systems such as electrical grids or renewable energy assets. This role combines hands-on technical work with supervisory responsibilities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of tasks.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and lead a team of technicians and laborers on energy-related projects.Plan daily work schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely completion of tasks.Perform and oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of energy systems.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and personnel hours.Train and mentor crew members, promoting skill development and safety awareness.Respond to emergencies and outages, providing leadership during critical situations.Requirements: Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy infrastructure or utility operations.Proven leadership experience in a foreman or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of energy systems (electrical, mechanical, or renewable).Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Valid driver’s license; CDL may be required depending on the role.
