Job Title: Computer OperatorShift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM CST (Night Shift)Preferred Work Locations (in order): Alpharetta, GA/ Berkeley Heights, NJ/Frisco, TX / Omaha, NEJob DescriptionA Computer Operator will consistently monitor all online and batch job streams running on multiple mainframes, ensuring all are advancing as expected and meeting client SLAs.Key Responsibilities:• Monitor online and batch job streams on multiple mainframes• Identify issues and notify the Supervisor or Lead Operator for timely correction• Initiate trouble tickets and assign them to the appropriate teams• Communicate consistently with team members throughout the shift• Multi‑task across multiple screens, applications, and tools• Support critical FinTech Core Banking Operations processes that update thousands of customer accounts and generate essential downstream deliverablesBasic Qualifications:• Strong computer skills• Good oral and written communication• Basic math skills• High attentiveness (3rd shift role)• May require weekend rotation after training
