Company Description Full-Time (On Site) Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 DOE Korean Bilingual required We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand growth initiatives across national retail and distribution channels. This role will drive go-to-market strategy, retail activation, and integrated marketing execution to accelerate sell-through and strengthen brand equity in North America. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in beauty or CPG marketing and understands how to align brand storytelling with retail performance. Job Description 1. Brand Strategy & Growth PlanningDevelop annual brand marketing strategy and growth roadmapLead go-to-market planning for new product launchesDefine positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiationManage brand P&L input related to marketing investment 2. Campaign & Content ExecutionLead 360° integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, influencer, retail media)Manage creative agencies and external partnersOversee paid media performance and ROI optimizationTrack KPIs including sell-through lift, traffic, and brand awareness metrics 3. Retail & Channel MarketingPartner with national retail accounts (e.g., Ulta, Target, Costco, specialty beauty)Develop in-store activation, promotional calendars, and secondary placementsSupport line reviews and retailer presentations with marketing strategyAlign digital campaigns to support retail sell-through 4. Cross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align demand planningCoordinate with global brand teams on product updates and messagingWork with e-commerce team on DTC and marketplace alignmentEnsure brand consistency across all channels 5. Analytics & Performance OptimizationAnalyze sales and marketing data to identify growth opportunitiesMonitor promotional ROI and trade marketing efficiencyProvide executive-level reporting and performance insights QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field5+ years of brand marketing experience in Beauty, Skincare, or CPG requiredExperience working with national retailers strongly preferredStrong understanding of retail marketing and trade promotionProven experience managing product launchesAnalytical mindset with strong Excel / data interpretation skillsStrong leadership and communication skillsKorean Bilingual required Preferred ExperienceExperience in K-Beauty or international brand expansionRetail media experience (Ulta Media, Target Roundel, Amazon Ads, etc.)Experience managing multi-brand portfolioUnderstanding of sell-in vs. sell-through dynamics Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
