Role Description: Gameday Men's Health is seeking a skilled, personable, and passionate Medical Assistant to join our revolutionary men's health program in Houston, TX. Please be dual language of Spanish and English. Your Responsibilities: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and handle check-in/check-out procedures Perform blood draws and administer injections of testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12, and other vitamins Check patient vitals and accurately record them in our EMR system Ensure lab results are promptly input into patient charts Assist medical providers with patient care and be an integral part of our healthcare team Assist in lab operations and maintain precise records in compliance with HIPAA Schedule appointments and keep our clinic running smoothly Attend off-site events as needed Qualifications: Valid Medical Assistant Certification Valid BLS Certification At least 1 year of experience in phlebotomy and medical assisting from an acredited facility Experience in a related field, such as general practice, med spas, urology, family practice, lab, or endocrinology (preferred) Knowledge of medical terminology We offer: Competitive pay of $18 - $23 per hour Part-time hours to start (3 days a week, 24 hours per week) with the opportunity to scale to full-time as our clinic grows Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday schedule (weekends off!)
