We are seeking a dynamic Logistics & Administrative Coordinator II to seamlessly integrate marketing strategies with logistics and customer service operations. This role is designed for a versatile professional who can contribute to both marketing initiatives and logistical processes, ensuring efficient operations and enhanced customer experiences.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:Perform Logistics and Customer Service FunctionsCoordinate logistics operations, including shipping, forwarding, and inventory management.Manage customer service inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Assist in the preparation and processing of import/export documentation.MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, and/or Supply Chain/LogisticsQUALIFICATIONS:ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, logistics, or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing strategies and tools.Experience in logistics coordination and customer service is highly desirable.SkillsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems.Bilingual Spanish/English or Portuguese is strongly preferred.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Preferred Attributes:Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve company goals.Ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment.Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environments.
