This role offers the chance to work with a reputable oncology center alongside a team of experienced providers, making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.Required Skills:Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.Board certification or eligibility in Hematology and Oncology.Valid and current medical license.Proven experience in outpatient hematology and oncology care.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Nice to Have Skills:Experience working in a multi-provider oncology setting.Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.Additional certifications in related specialties or procedures.Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.Preferred Education and Experience:Completion of a hematology and oncology fellowship.At least 2 years of post-fellowship clinical practice.Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.Other Requirements:Ability to drive or reside within commuting distance of the practice location.Very light call responsibilities (beeper only for established patients, 2-5 times per week), primarily phone consultations.Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team committed to excellence in hematology and oncology care. Enjoy a balanced schedule with a 40-hour work week, flexible hours Monday through Thursday, and a shorter day on Fridays. Overtime is paid weekly after 40 hours, with patient volume averaging 12-15 patients per day.
