Right Price.Position: Customer Care RepresentativePay Rate: $18-$20/hour on W2Location: Gastonia, NC (Hybrid)Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)Role Summary:This is a frontline customer-facing position responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving billing and payment issues, handling service requests, assisting with credit challenges, and managing potential emergency situations. You will be the key point of contact ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Professionally handle inbound calls and build trust with customersProvide on-the-spot solutions for billing, payments, and service requestsAssist customers facing credit difficulties and termination noticesNegotiate payment plans per regulatory guidelinesMeet performance targets for customer satisfaction, quality, and productivityWork with Customer Information Systems and Microsoft Office applicationsSupport during emergencies (may include nights/weekends)Requirements:Strong verbal & written communication skills with proven de-escalation abilityBasic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)Understanding of billing, credit, and customer accounts (preferred)Ability to work varying shifts, including nights and weekendsCustomer service/call center experience (3+ years preferred)High school diploma or equivalent; background check & drug screening requiredWhy Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
