Thorough documentation in the EMR, adherence to departmental protocols, and involvement in daily quality assurance checks are key components of the role.\nYour day-to-day schedule will generally involve caring for a steady caseload of oncology patients with an emphasis on personalized, compassionate care. Patient volumes are structured to support both efficiency and the time needed for high-quality patient interactions. You will provide clear explanations of procedures, monitor patients for side effects, and communicate observations to the broader care team so that treatment plans can be adjusted when needed.\nShifts are typically standard daytime hours, Monday through Friday, aligning with outpatient radiation schedules.
