Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. Daily responsibilities include building data models, conducting statistical analyses, and creating reports or visualizations to communicate findings. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges using data-driven solutions. Qualifications Strong expertise in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics to interpret and derive actionable insights from complex datasets.Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling to develop predictive insights and improve decision-making processes.Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present data findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent software is preferred.Experience with data querying languages like SQL, Python, or R is advantageous.A bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is required. A master's degree is a plus.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Prior experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.
