This position partners closely with the Receiving Supervisor to coordinate workflow, ensure accurate intake and tracking of inbound IT assets, and uphold strict quality, compliance, and data security standards.This role provides hands-on coaching, training, and direction to the Receiving Team, while driving productivity, accountability, and adherence to operational and regulatory requirements.This is a Temp to Perm role with a 90-day conversion. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Receiving Supervisor in overseeing daily receiving operations, including unloading, sorting, inspection, and intake of inbound IT assets such as laptops, desktops, servers, and mobile devicesLead by example on the floor by performing hands-on receiving tasks while training and mentoring team members on proper handling and processing proceduresEnsure all inbound assets are accurately counted, tagged, serialized, and recorded in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or asset tracking systemVerify asset conditions and specifications; identify and escalate discrepancies, damages, or variances in shipment documentationMaintain strict chain-of-custody protocols to ensure data security and compliance with ITAD industry standardsAssist in prioritizing workload to meet daily throughput targets and client SLAsServe as a primary point of contact for Receiving Associates, providing real-time guidance, troubleshooting, and supportPromote and enforce adherence to company policies, safety standards, and data security proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and secure receiving area aligned with operational efficiency and audit readinessCollaborate cross-functionally with Inventory, Production, Quality Control, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless asset flow throughout the facilityQualifications & Requirements3–5 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or receiving environment, preferably within ITAD, electronics recycling, or technology refurbishmentPrior experience in a lead, team lead, or senior associate role requiredFamiliarity with IT hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, and mobile devices) strongly preferredExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or asset tracking platforms; strong computer proficiency requiredHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage serialized inventory and documentation accuracyUnderstanding of data security protocols and chain-of-custody best practices is a plusStrong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environmentExperience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts/ pallet jacks)Ability to lift to 50 lbs.PlanITROI Core ValuesDriven & ConfidentThink Win/Win AlwaysOwn IT / Solve ITPersonal Growth Leads to Professional GrowthInnovate & Revolutionize the FutureProud to Be Part of the PlanITROI TeamPlanITROI offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and more.
