The Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any potential delays or cost overruns. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with the project management team to meet project goals and client expectations.
