You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization from Engineering, Product, Product Design, and even Field-facing teams to develop and execute against our overall product vision and business objectives, uncover solutions to technical challenges, and provide data-driven insights that power strategic decision-making.Position ExpectationsLeverage technical acumen and analytical skills to drive engineering programs forward and maximize business value deliveryRecognize patterns in a sea of information and take action accordinglyDevelop a strategic approach to program management that balances agility and process. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
