Landscape Maintenance - Specializing in Bed Work / Gardening / Native Plants

We are a well established full-service landscape design, construction and maintenance company based in Bend with 15-20 team members. We’re seeking quality individuals interested in challenging and rewarding career opportunities working to maintain fine residential landscapes and outdoor spaces in Central Oregon. Currently we’re looking for a landscape gardener to join us for the 2026 season. We have part-time or full-time positions available (20-40 hours/week). Work days are Monday - Friday throughout the season (Mar -Nov). Candidates should have at least 1 year of verifiable experience and must be able to work in a fast paced environment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: -Drive company vehicle to locations in Bend and Sunriver -Proper use and care of tools and power equipment -Work to maintain landscapes to the highest level of detail -Identify and care for plants….both natives and ornamentals -Prune and shape shrubs, deadhead perennials and annuals -Identify weeds and determine best means of control (ie: pull, spray, etc.) -Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors and crew members -Thoroughly complete all paperwork REQUIREMENTS: -Must love plants!! -Have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE -Have reliable transportation to and from work. -Be comfortable working in varied weather conditions throughout the season -General plant knowledge and identification of shrubs, perennials and annuals -General weed identification -Ability to work well on a team -Have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have the stamina to work long hours in all elements - Must be detail oriented -Be willing to learn -Ability to drive and back up truck and trailer a plus -Basic irrigation knowledge and ability to use irrigation controller is a plus Please email your resume.
