Forklift Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently load and unload materials, manage inventory, and ensure the smooth operation of warehouse activities. A strong mechanical knowledge and experience with warehouse management systems will be advantageous in this role. Duties Operate sit down forklift to transport materials within the warehouse. Load and unload products from delivery trucks and containers with precision and care. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, manage orders, and maintain accurate records. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts to ensure safe operation. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and safe work environment. Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols at all times. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to crane operation and other warehouse equipment. Requirements Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role within a warehouse setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to safety practices in the workplace. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed based on operational requirements.
