Marketing Specialist (Part‑Time)We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Marketing Specialist to support marketing execution for a growing farmland investment firm. This part‑time role may be remote or in‑person and supports client engagement from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing communication.This role works closely with leadership, business development, and a third‑party marketing partner.Key ResponsibilitiesManage CRM data, workflows, and reporting for investors, producers, and deal sourcesSupport content creation for emails, website, social media, and marketing materialsAssist with client onboarding communications and lead follow‑upCoordinate marketing materials and logistics for conferences and industry eventsHelp maintain a seasonal marketing calendar aligned with agricultural cyclesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business, or related field2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fieldStrong writing skills and attention to detailExperience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc. preferred)Familiarity with agriculture or agribusiness is a plusHighly organized and comfortable juggling multiple prioritiesWhy This RoleFlexible part‑time schedule (15-20hrs per week)Remote or In-Person OptionsExposure to farmland investing and agricultural operationsOpportunity to shape marketing processes in a growing firmPlease email resumes to tina.farr@us-agriculture.com
