We're looking for a referral relationship manager (RRM) who can build powerful partnerships, strengthen referral networks, and drive meaningful impact across three of our hospitals. Locations: Peak Veterinary Referral Center, Williston, VT - Your home base, where you'll be onsite and fully embedded with the team Small Animal Veterinary Emergency & Specialty (SAVES), Lebanon, NH - Providing mostly virtual support with some travel Capital District Veterinary Referral Hospital, Latham, NY – Providing mostly virtual support with some travel The Details: Referral Relationship Manager (RRM) Salary: $70,000–$80,000/year Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week); schedule may vary based on event needs, including occasional evenings or weekends. What you can expect Autonomy + ownership – you'll run your territory like it's your own business High visibility – work directly with hospital leadership and growth teams Strategic impact – your work directly influences hospital success and patient access to care Variety in your day – field visits, events, planning, strategy—no two days look the same Purpose-driven work – you're helping pets get the care they need, when they need it What you'll need: Valid driver's license, auto insurance, & reliable transportation – frequent travel required within the region (mileage reimbursed). Flexibility – some evening or weekend events may be required. 3-5 years of professional experience demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities, build relationships, communicate effectively, and drive business growth. Experience in sales, customer service, account management, marketing, or business development roles strongly preferred. Experience in veterinary medicine or animal health is strongly preferred. Strong communication skills across multiple platforms (in-person, phone, email, and virtual platforms). Comfort using data, crm tools, and performance metrics Ability to interpret basic performance metrics and use data to inform strategy and decision-making.
