Chiller Technician - Industrial HVAC (Texas City / La Marque / Galveston Area)

Industrial HVAC TechnicianClayton Services is searching for an Industrial HVAC Technician to support operations across plant and refinery facilities in Texas City, La Marque, Galveston, and surrounding locations. The Industrial HVAC Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing large-scale chiller systems and related industrial equipment. Plant environments only.Job Type: Direct Hire Pay Rate: $30.00 - $45.00/hour + OT Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, short & long term disability, 401(k), PTO, annual bonus, and moreIndustrial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial chiller systemsPerform preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and uptimeDiagnose issues across mechanical and electrical componentsService pumps, motors, VFDs, control systems, valves, and heat exchangersWork with refrigeration systems including proper refrigerant handling and controlsRead and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and system documentationEnsure compliance with all safety standards in plant environmentsSupport operations across multiple industrial and refinery job sitesAssist with system startups, shutdowns, and upgradesIndustrial HVAC Technician Skills and Abilities:Strong experience working on chillers and industrial HVAC systemsAbility to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical systemsExperience with VFDs, motors, and industrial controlsFamiliarity with plant or refinery environmentsStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in high-demand, fast-paced environmentsIndustrial HVAC Technician Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical training or HVAC certification preferred5+ years of industrial or heavy commercial HVAC experience requiredChiller experience is requiredIndustrial HVAC Technician - Immediate need.
