As a PCA, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential personal care services that cater to the distinct needs of our patients. Provide timely medication reminders to support patient health. Prioritize patient safety and report significant changes in their condition to supervisors. Prepare nutritious light meals and assist with feeding as needed. Monitor and document patient temperature and overall well-being. Support patients with ambulation and mobility needs. Conduct range-of-motion exercises and other basic physical activities. Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to established care protocols. Follow privacy policies and infection control guidelines rigorously. Provide personal bathing assistance and perform light housekeeping tasks. Offer engaging companion services, including letter-writing and reading. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. Possess a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance. Preferred: At least 1 year of relevant experience. Ability to read, follow written instructions, and accurately document care provided. Compliance with State and Federal training requirements.
