Frank's Supply Company is a major supplier of construction tools and equipment with our focus on both sales and rental . We are currently seeking a qualified WAREHOUSE WORKER for our Albuquerque NM location. Summary of Position Responsibilities: It is primarily through this position that we demonstrate our commitment to achieve customer service excellence. This position is responsible for performing customer service tasks in accordance with company business practices and in the professional manner required to build market share and maintain repeat business with our valued customers. Specific Tasks and Responsibilities: These duties include shipping/receiving personnel and sales delivery drivers. Responsible for safe unloading of all freight trucks. Responsible for the "checking in" and receiving of all merchandise on the "receiver" as per Frank's Supply's procedures. Responsible for the administration of all incoming and outgoing store transfers, as per company procedures. Responsible for the orderly storing of all merchandise in the company warehouse(s). Responsible for the "pulling" of all merchandise for local and out of town deliveries, and the proper staging of the merchandise. Responsible for prompt return of merchandise and warranty items to vendors when necessary to conform to the purchasing department procedures. Coordinate all warranty returns, credits, etc. with accounts payable. Warehouse personnel will coordinate activities with inside sales as required. Customer service is of the utmost importance. Warehouse personnel will assist with counter sales in the stocking of the showroom floor. Know required features and demonstrate proficient use of all job support tools including computer system, telephone, fax, E-mail, voice mail, copier, calculator, and other job reference materials and documents. Assists in taking the physical inventory and coordinates cycle counts with shipping and receiving clerks and store managers.
