Job Skills / RequirementsUnarmed Security Officer Location: Erie, PA Schedule: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm Pay: $14.00 About the Role: We are seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to maintain safety and security at an industrial facility. The role focuses on protecting personnel, property, and operations in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Key Responsibilities:Monitor access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations Maintain accurate logs and incident reports Provide a visible security presence and assist employees and visitors as needed Respond calmly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies Follow all company policies, post orders, and safety regulations Qualifications:Minimum 18 years of age (or per state requirement) High school diploma or equivalent Prior security, industrial, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods Must pass background checks and any required training Professional appearance and demeanor PA #188 Education Requirements (All)HS Diploma GED or H.S.
