Client Account Manager

Job Description The Client Account Manager performs a wide range of general duties in support of the department's daily operations. The primary focus is on managing the military aftermarket business for assigned client/manufacturer accounts. Some travel may be required. ResponsibilitiesThe Client Account Manager is responsible for:The oversight of assigned client accountsCommunicating with customers and client-manufacturers Reviewing customer requisitions/solicitations. Entering/checking customer orders and purchase ordersDevelop and maintain relationships with key personnel throughout clients' organizationsGenerate various reports for both client and internal purposesConsult with clients regarding business decisions for their military aftermarket salesOther duties as required JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education and trainingMinimum of two (2) years of previous office experienceA bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required Knowledge/SkillsPrevious account management experienceAcute attention to detailGood interpersonal and organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and oral presentationProblem-solving capabilitiesAbility to gather and analyze dataCompetent computer skills.
