Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to bring on Press Operators. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with strong growth potential. Position: Press OperatorShift: 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday – Friday)Pay: $22.00 – $27.00/hour (depending on experience)Location: Nashua, NHJob Type: Temp-to-Hire Summary: We are seeking experienced Press Operators to support high-speed manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in producing secure currency products, requiring strong attention to detail, quality, and adherence to strict procedures. Duties & Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor printing press machineryLoad materials and ensure proper alignment and machine calibrationInspect products during production to maintain quality and consistencyIdentify defects and remove non-conforming materialsTroubleshoot minor equipment issues and support maintenance effortsMaintain accurate production records and documentationFollow all safety, quality, and security proceduresSupport packaging and movement of finished products as neededWork collaboratively with production and quality teams Qualifications: Previous press operating or machine operating experience requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow strict proceduresAbility to read and follow work instructions and specificationsBasic computer and documentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentTeam-oriented with strong communication skills Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for the duration of the shiftAbility to lift and move materials as neededAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with moving equipment This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company known for producing high-security products used around the world, with opportunities for long-term growth and advancement.
