You'll play a key role in ensuring product quality, equipment efficiency, and compliance with safety and GMP standards while supporting overall line performance.What You'll DoOperate and monitor robots, infeed/outfeed roller beds, and pallet dispensing systems to meet production standardsEnsure robots are stocked with pallets, slip sheets, and required packaging materialsPerform troubleshooting, adjustments, and minor maintenance on robotic and conveyor equipmentExecute Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasksMaintain accurate documentation for machine parameters, quality checks, and production dataConduct quality inspections (labels, codes, packaging) and take corrective action as neededKeep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with GMP and 5S standardsSupport the production line team with issues such as jams, material handling, and general line supportUse RedZone systems for performance tracking, communication, and changeover improvementsTrain team members and assist in creating training materials as neededCommunicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and team members to resolve issuesFollow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, and adhere to company policiesParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesDirect and support temporary labor in assigned areasRequirementsWhat You'll NeedAbility to read, interpret, and execute batch sheets accuratelyStrong understanding of GMP, food safety, and quality standardsBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and unit conversionsStrong attention to detail and accurate documentation skillsEffective communication skills (oral and written)Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipmentAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environmentLegible handwriting and strong organizational skills
