In this role, you'll collaborate with integration leaders, internal IT teams, external vendors, and key business stakeholders to ensure newly acquired locations are fully operational, secure, and aligned with enterprise technology standards.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a strong background in infrastructure-focused IT projects and multi-site integrations.What You'll DoLead end-to-end IT onboarding and integration projects for newly acquired officesAssess and document existing technology environments (hardware, software, networking, telecom, and connectivity)Plan and coordinate the deployment of end-user technology including laptops, monitors, phones, and printersPartner with infrastructure teams to upgrade or replace networking and connectivity solutionsOversee implementation of circuits, internet providers, wireless access points, and overall network readinessEnsure IT infrastructure, equipment, and environments meet company security and operational standardsCollaborate closely with integration teams and cross-functional partners to execute timelines and deliverablesManage multiple concurrent projects, tracking milestones, risks, budgets, and dependenciesCoordinate all technology activities required to support seamless office operations and employee onboardingServe as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teamsMaintain clear project documentation, status reporting, and implementation plansWhat You Bring5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure or technology integration projectsExperience supporting office buildouts, acquisitions, mergers, or enterprise onboarding effortsStrong understanding of networking, end-user computing, telecommunications, and IT infrastructureProven ability to coordinate across vendors, service providers, and cross-functional teamsStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing multiple projects in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsFamiliarity with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similarTrack record of driving execution and accountability across teamsNice to HaveExperience supporting multi-site or enterprise-wide office environmentsKnowledge of IT security and infrastructure standards
