We're opening a limited number of Summer Internship spots at our high-performance training studios - in West Palm Beach and Jupiter, Florida and Irvington and Upper West Side, New York.This is for athletes who want to learn how elite strength training, injury prevention, and physical therapy principles actually work in a real-world setting.A hands-on opportunity to be coached, challenged, and developed.If you're a high school upperclassman or college student serious about pursuing strength & conditioning, exercise science, or Physical Therapy —this is for you.Unpaid | High-level exposure | Real experience**Apply with your background + why you want in to hiring@sloanestecker.com----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------QualificationsBackground in sports (required)Interest in strength & conditioning, physical therapy, or exercise scienceHigh school students (upperclassmen) and college students encouraged to applyStrong work ethic and willingness to learnPositive attitude and ability to take directionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKey ResponsibilitiesAssist coaches and clinicians during training sessionsSupport strength training, mobility work, and injury prevention exercisesObserve and learn exercise programming and corrective techniquesHelp set up and maintain a clean, organized training environmentEngage with clients in a professional, energetic mannerAssist with basic performance tracking and technology useWhat You'll GainHands-on experience in a high-end training and rehab environmentExposure to advanced performance technology and training systemsMentorship from experienced professionals in the fieldReal-world insight into careers in fitness, sports performance, and physical therapyOpportunity to build confidence working directly with clientsSchedule10 - 35 hours per week, 6-10 weeks in length dependent on school schedule.CompensationThis is an internship intended for educational experience and professional development.
