This role will be responsible for helping to manage a large scale warehouse facility in one of the fastest growing eCommerce companies on the planet! You will assist in managing a team of Warehouse Technicians and Warehouse processes to achieve our goals and have fun doing it. In this role, you will own strategic planning and drive execution of department and building-wide initiatives to support our company goals.What You Get To Do Every DayLead staff management: to include interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, corrective action and write/conduct performance reviews for assigned associatesEnsure all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulationsPerform administrative activities associated with the effective management of warehouse operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and organizationPromote a culture of respect and an atmosphere or teamwork to foster a positive working environmentRecommend improvements to operational flows and reassign staff, as necessaryEstablish operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise, and keeping of warehouse inventoryTake the lead and manage daily planning, reforcast projections to actuals and summarize past days performance with the ability to report back to the Director, Senior Manager and present to the leadership team.Manage all aspects of performance and development for warehouse associatesEnsure time job observations and audits are completed and feedback is provided through coaching and trainingManage all associate relations issues and functionsLead investigations for incidents and injuries , as required, and perform root cause analysis.Actively support and participate in all safety initiatives in the warehouseCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable lawsWhat You Bring To The RoleMinimum Requirements:1-2 years of experience leading and managing a team of 30 or moreAbility to work cross-functionally across multiple departments and leadersWorkflow and process improvement experienceRoot-cause problem-solver and critical thinking mindsetProficient with Google Suite – Sheets, Docs, Slides, or similar & web-based softwarePreferred Requirements:College degree Lean Six Sigma Certified5S CertifiedExperience in warehouse operationsCompensation, Benefits, + Perks$50 in monthly food credits to apply to snacks and meals that are available for purchase on siteEmployee Stock Purchase Plan401K with Company MatchMedical, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Parental Leave9 Paid Company HolidaysFlexible Time Off (With Manager Approval)State of the art, climate-controlled warehouse facilityFind out more about our Benefits here.The expected salary range for this role is $73,440.00-$105,060.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package.
