HostRed Robin isn't your typical burger restaurant. We're a team filled with unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for having fun! You will be responsible for providing a great first impression by displaying a friendly demeanor and escorting guests to tables. You will also take reservations with a wait list when necessary. This role is a part of the front of house service team so, great customer service skills are a must. Must be 17 or older. Other Types of Compensation: Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week). Health Insurance: Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+). Retirement Benefits: 401k retirement plan (with company match to 4% of pay) (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
