Vascular On Call Program

Assist with all aspects of delivery of care for patients having procedures in Vascular Hybrid OR. Includes: assisting physicians during endovascular and OR procedures, operating specialized equipment. Perform with surgeon: Diagnostic and interventional radiological and OR procedures. Operate all radiological equipment plus other ancillary equipment needed for procedure. Ensure all paperwork and computer entries are adequately completed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Patient Care: Provide care to patients and assist physicians, communicate proper information, organize workflow, perform Endovascular and OR Open procedures following established protocols within Hybrid Vascular OR, ensure radiation safety and complete exams in a safe and timely manner. Patient Documentation and Departmental Records: Compile and document in Maclab system and other computer systems. If RN ability to document in the SUR meditech as circulator nurse in addition.
